She is Doctor of Laws (LL.D.), Master of Laws (LL.M.), University of Helsinki, Finland; Title of Docent (post-doctoral), University of Lapland, Finland. Lawyer, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú-PUCP.

Project : A comparative research between the approach of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the Court of Justice of the Andean Community (CJAC) to the protection of human rights will be undertaken. It would be a new research which is based on my experience on carrying out comparative studies of both international tribunals. The objective of the research is to identify the similarities and differences between the approaches taken by both international tribunal as regards the protection of human rights and to determine whether there has been an influence of the CJEU on the interpretation provided for by the CJAC. A review of the legislation and case law in both integration processes, and the literature will be carried out. This research could be articulated with the research team working on European integration at the IODE, Institut de l’Ouest: Droit et Europe with the support of Professor Isabelle Bosse-Platière.
